"Amadeus" in Concert at the NY Philharmonic

We have a block of tickets for the full-length screening of the Best Picture Oscar winner of 1984, "Amadeus". The film will be accompanied by a live performance by the New York Philharmonic of the score, which consists almost entirely of music by Mozart.


Discount tickets are available for the Philharmonic's film score presentation, "Amadeus", a fictionalized biography of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart as told from the point of view of his rival, Antonio Salieri.  

The movie was nominated for eleven Academy Awards and six Golden Globes.  It won eight and four, respectively, including wins in the Best Picture, Best Director (Milos Forman), and Best Actor (F. Murray Abraham) categories from both organizationsSeriously, folks, this is a really good movie!!  If you've never seen it, don't miss your chance to experience a great film with a world-class orchestra playing the magnificent score live and in person!

We will be joining our friends from the Penn State NYC Alumni for this event.  There will be an optional pre-show gathering at the lobby restaurant - details will be shared with ticket purchasers.
